       First and foremost, electronic cigarettes require vape juice, also known as e-juice or e-liquid, to operate. Vape juice usually consists of a combination of vegetable glycerin, propylene glycol, flavorings,. When the user presses the button or inhales, the e-juice is heated, resulting in vaporization.
      The next component to consider is the heating element or the coil. This is where the e-juice is heated, and the vapor is produced. The coil is made of a resistance wire, usually made of Kanthal, stainless steel, or nickel-chromium alloy. When electricity is supplied to the coil, the resistance wire heats up, and the e-juice is vaporized.
      Electric cigarettes also require batteries to function. Typically, electronic cigarettes use lithium-ion rechargeable batteries, which are efficient and cost-effective. These batteries have a voltage range between 3.2V and 4.2V, and their capacity is measured in milliampere-hours (mAh). When a user presses the button, an electric current flows from the battery to the coil, igniting the heating element, and vaporizing the e-juice.
       Electronic cigarettes have two types of heating methods: conduction heating and convection heating. Conduction heating occurs when heat is transferred through direct contact, while convection heating occurs when heat is transferred by airflow. Most electronic cigarettes use conduction heating, where the coil directly heats the e-juice.
       Lastly, let's discuss how electronic cigarettes produce vapor. When the e-juice is heated, vapor is produced, which is then inhaled by the user. When the vapor is inhaled, it passes through the mouthpiece, down the user's throat, and into the lungs, mimicking the traditional smoking experience. This is achieved through the use of a small, battery-powered heating element that heats the e-juice to a temperature where it can vaporize.
      In conclusion, electronic cigarettes operate by heating e-juice through a heating element, powered by a rechargeable battery. Within the vape juice, vegetable glycerin, propylene glycol, flavorings, and nicotine (optional) are mixed, creating the vapor that is inhaled by the user. While there are variations in design and functionality among different brands, the basic principle remains the same.
